I have got 87 marks in MHCET and 42 in JEE. Can I get a good college for doing engineering?

I think you will agree with me that your marks in both these CETs are a bit on the lower side. For getting best colleges, one needs to be in 90 percentile bracket. However, to help you, I am attaching links that will predict a college for you.
