I have got 87 percentile in JEE Main and my rank in JEE Main is CRL139988 and in OBC is 42000 So can I get NIT? And which?

Sorry, there are no chance that you can get admission even with the OBC 42,000 you will not get admission.

With this rank, you have no chance of getting a seat in NIT in JoSAA counselling. You may try in special rounds.
