I have got 88.45 percentile in JEE Mains 2022 with rank 103911, General category, It was my first attempt. Can I get a good GFTI or IIIT?

Yes, at first attempt, it's a good effort, can try harder in second attempt. Also, at this rank you cannot get IITs but good private colleges. You can try in various private colleges or colleges of AKTU, MHTCET, etc., on the basis of JEE Rank.
