I have got 89.37 percentile in CAT and have 29 months of job experience. Which colleges shall I target for MBA?

I got 80% in 10th, 67.4% in 12th and 68.6% in my engineering.

    From your profile; you have really good amount of working experience. This surely gives you a slight edge over other students. However, your 10th and 12th marks are not at the par (but still good). You CAT percentile is also good. So, based on your mentioned profile, I think there is a chance that you can get admission in 'Great Lakes college, Chennai'. It is indeed a good B -School of management. Kunal, apart from that, I think you also should have to give a chance for Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurugram.
