I have got 89% in 10th icse. Now i want to opt for medical. So can you pls tell me the best stream for me in medical and its entrance exam

I want to know what to do after giving NEET exam after 12th. I am thinking of MBBS and then MD or doin of pharmacy or of gynecology. Pls guide me thorough the ways.
