I have got 89% in JEE Mains exam and 72849 rank in KCET exam and I want to do college in Bangalore I want a low fees structure college.

Your average score is coming to 68.5%, as per KCET 2015, you will get around 11,400 rank for that and for this ranking you can get computer branch, if you are in General Merit, in SKSJT, MVJ like colleges, in top 10 colleges there is no chance for General Merit candidate. Your score in KCET is very less (49%) that is the main reason for this. This is a common phenomenon, most students do very well in their board exams, but in KCET their score generally gets stuck at 55 to 60%. This gives them a lesser ranking.
