I have got 9 percentile in JEE Mains. Can I get any top NIT for B.Tech?

    I don't think so that you can get any NIT college at 9 percentile because it's not good enough to get it. Work hard for April attempt. Do your best in it and get any NIT you want. Please upvote my answer.
