I have got 90.5 percentile in MAT September and 52.277 in XAT 2019. Which top colleges can I get for MBA?

Since your MAT score is better than XAT, you need to apply to those colleges where MAT score is accepted. Depending on your preferred location, you need to choose a B School. You need to apply to as many B Schools as possible to increase your chances of selection.
