I have got 90.78 percentile under OBC category, can I get an NIT or IIIT? I have also got 10 points in intermediate.

Hello,
Yes, congratulations for getting 90.78 percentile. According to your JEE percentile, there may be chances of getting a seat in an IIIT or in a new NIT.
