I have got 91.89 percentile in CMAT 2016. Should I pursue MBA in tourism or marketing to make my career in tourism sector?

I have done BE(Electronics & Instrumentation) and I am a photographer by hobby. However, I got admission in Alliance university in marketing. I came to know that packages are very low in tourism courses.

    Dear Ravneesh,
There are a lot of job opportunities after doing MBA in Tourism. After doing MBA in tourism, you can get managerial positions in the tourism and travel industry.
There are a lot of the vacancies in the private sector. You can get jobs in various travel agencies, hotels, airlines, transport and cargo companies, etc.
If you want to start your own business in Travel and Tourism, there is a great scope for you if you do MBA in Tourism. Even in Public sectors, there are a lot of opportunities in the government tourism departments.
    All the best.
