I have got 91 marks and 30947 AIR in ICAR AIEEA exam 2018. Can I get admission for B.Sc agriculture in a top college? I belong to OBC cat.

Definitely, not. Please work hard next and appear. You will definitely enter into one of the best colleges. If this is your dream just work on it and you will achieve everything.

No, you cannot, minimum score required is 310 otherwise you are not eligible for a seat.

Looking at the competition and status of the colleges you can't say where you stand. So I will say just apply wherever possible.
