I have got 93.5%in pcm +2 cbse and 42 in jee main general category. Can i get state government university or may be nit ?

I think you are not get the cutoff marks in general category so you are not eligible to apply in NITs abd government colleges as my knowledge however you have very good percentage so you have a great chance to get good colleges.
