I have got 94.75% in best four in CBSE Board exams and 4274 rank in IPU. Should I go for B.Tech in CS or IT in IPU or Maths Hons. from DU.?

I m interested in B.Tech frm IPU but have heard dat packages dey offer are merely arnd 3 lacs per annum. So my neighbours and frnds told me to go for DU bcoz of its reputation and do higher studies aftr Hons to get gud packages. Now I am confused abt whether to do B.Tech from IPU or Hons from DU.
