I have got 94.75% in best of four. Can I get admission in Goenka College of Commerce, Kolkata for B.Com (honors)?

Yes, you can get admission there as your percentage is good enough to take admission there.
The percentage needed to get into Goenka, I would say that above 90% in your boards is considered worthy for selection. It includes your English+best 3 subjects.
Goenka has a unique formula to calculate a percentile and the list is put on accordingly on the website.
