I have got 95% in 12th, 86 marks in JEE Mains, 410 in UPSEE and 210 in BITSAT. Which colleges can I get for B.Tech?

If you are getting option for good IITs or BITSAT then go for these options. You may give preference to colleges according to below list for better future options.
1. IITs
2. BITS Pilani
3. NITs
4. Government or reputed institutes under UPTU.
