I have got 96 marks and 17149 rank in OBC category, Can I get any NIT?

Yes sure! You have very fair chances since the cut-off is only 45 and you have score more than double of it. Don't worry, you will get the college.

It will depend on that particular NIT that you are allotted with in the counselling.
