I have got 9623 Delhi general rank in IPUCET of B.Tech 2018. Can I get CSE or IT in BVP, MSIT, Ambedkar, GTBIT or PBIT?

Getting Ambedkar College would be difficult for you. Other than that, you can easily get all the colleges without any problem.
