I have got 97.05 percentile in MAT Dec 2018 (comp. score-726.5). Do I have any chance to get into XIME?

First things first, yes, you stand quite a good chance of converting a call from XIME, considering both your score and experience. Also, prepare well for your GD-PI. PI would mostly be about your work-ex so keep that in mind. All the best!
