First things first, yes, you stand quite a good chance of converting a call from XIME, considering both your score and experience. Also, prepare well for your GD-PI.
PI would mostly be about your work-ex so keep that in mind.
    All the best!

Firstly, many many congratulations for the score.
Coming to your queries, for your score and work experience, there are high chances of converting it to a final call at XIME, Bangalore. Prepare well for GD and interview. Packages vary from company to company, but definitely your work experience will definitely play a positive role and will act as an advantage over freshers.
    Wish you all the best!
