I have got 97.2185900 percentile in JEE Mains 2019 January. Can I get a seat in NIT, Warangal for CSE branch?

I belong to OBC NCL category, home quota.

According to the previous year record- For a general category outside state more than 99.5 percentile For OBC with home quota there may be possibility to get NIT, Warangal but chances gets lower if you go with CSE branch or other core branches.
