Yes, there are some fair chances to get admission in NIT Nagpur in B arch. But, it also depends on your rank here the cutoff rank matters most

Your expected AIR is about 3017. While the last year closing rank in asked category for neutral gender was 3484 in HS quota. Hence, you have chances here.
