I have got 980 marks in AP board and 98 in JEE mains. Can I get admission in Sastra University for CSE?

I don't think you would get CSE.
Even getting a seat is tough with your marks.
You need a score of above 110 in JEE mains for stream 1 and for stream 2, you need a score 985+ marks in IPE. -
