I have got 9993 rank in IMU CET exam. Which top colleges can I get for B.Tech in marine engineering?

You will not be able to get IMU-Kolkata with this rank, nor IMU-Mumbai. Even IMU Visakhapatnam won't take you with this rank. IMU Kolkata sees a cut off rank 500-600 in general category.
