I have got a General rank of 37288 rank and the SC rank is 2338 in UPSEE. Can I get IET or a government engineering college with CS?
From SC category and my family income is less than 200,000.

6 years agoNo, you won't get CS in either HBTI or IET but you may get some decent government colleges.
