I have got a mail from LSBU and they told that the fees of LSBU is increased and I have to pay an extra month fees? Is it true?

I have got 6 bands in my IELTS and 77% senior secondary and 70.1% in secondary examination, So what can I do now? Should I pay 7th month fees of LSBU or not?
