I have got a rank of 5227 in KCET 2020. could I get bmsc college with aerospace engineering through KCET.

Hi, Looks like you can get through, but I think if you want to get into such a specialised field, you must choose a better college. The one which has equipment and infra to support this kind of a niche programme. I would suggest you to try at LPU, although I am not sure if the seats are still there. If you belong to the General AI quota, yes 29000 in KCET is considered to be a good rank for BTech admission at CMR University. In 2025, the closing ranks ranged between 36709 and 55398 in General category, therefore candidates with a lower cutoff rank of 29000 are more likely to secure a seat at CMR University for BTech course.
