You can't get admission here. Try for management quota or try for other private institutions. -
No, but you will get other branches like civil or electronics that too in a higher category (i.e you have to pay more for that).

Sorry to say with this rank there is no chance of getting VIT college because it is very difficult to take admission but you may apply. If luck is yours you will be getting college. Now, what to do? If you have given JEE Mains still you have a chance of getting another college. You can use Shiksha college predictor tool for finding college.
