I have got a seat in NIELET through JoSAA (special round). Also, I got BIT-Mesra.Will I get the refund (fee) if I don't join BIT-Mesra?

As per Refund Rules for students of 2018-19, those who withdraw their names from the course before commencement of classes as notified by the appropriate authority, are entitled to a refund after deduction of Rs. 1000/- as processing charge.
