I have got above 90% in 10th and 12th and my B.Tech score is less than 60%. Should I go for GATE or do MBA?

You should go for GATE. If you prepare for GATE, so many technical entrance exams, you can clear as the syllabus is almost same. PSUs, M.Tech, Barc, AAI, SO, etc., will be covered through GATE. All the best.

Search once again please, Many private colleges offers M.Tech with less than 60%. IBPS SO exam doesn't have any limit percentage. After all there's not mentioned actual B.Tech percentage. All d best for your bright future.
