I have got admission in DSIMS through my CAT percentile, i.e. 53. However, I am still appearing for CET and GMAT. Should I join here or not?

You should definitely not drop options. DSIMS will help you grow your personality by building pressure which is required to survive in the industry. Also here your ideas will be appreciated. Looking out for other institutes is always open. But it depends on the core are of growth that you want to develop. Maybe your personality or public speaking, so on and so forth.
