I have got admission in PG Home Science at BHU. I belong to Assam. How can I get a seat in girls hostel?

<p>Here is some information about getting a seat in a girls hostel at Banaras Hindu University (BHU):<br>Admission<br>Hostel admission is on merit in the university's entrance exam for the course of study. The Principal, Dean, Director, or Head of the Department concerned will make the hostel allotment.<br>Allotment<br>Students have to take possession of their allotted room within a week of the allotment. If they don't, the allotment may be canceled. <br>Fees<br>The cost of accommodation in a hostel would be different with different types of hostels: <br>Basic: Rs. 3,000–Rs. 5,000 <br>Standard: Rs. 5,000–Rs. 8,000 <br>Premium: Rs. 8,000–Rs. 12,000 <br>Rooms for rent<br>If the students cannot get hostel room he/she can send a room for rent close to the main gate, Hyderabad gate, Chituupur gate, or Seat Govardhan gate.</p>
