Nope, no chance of getting CSE, but yes, you can get IT for sure. You can also get branches like EEE, civil and ETC as well. -
If you're from the general category, then I'm afraid your rank is too low for CSE. You can try for CSE- self sustaining even though that's a bit too far from reach. And you can try for IT too. You can get that probably.
