As per your profile you may consider pursuing:
1)
Full time MBA or PGDM Program in IT or General MBA or PGDM.
The final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. atleast 50% marks in graduation.

You can decide for regular MBA/PGDM if you take want to go for management course. If you do not want to quit your job then you could go for an executive - part time (not distance program) as that would be more beneficial for you.
