SPA is way better than any NITs and IITs as far as arch is concerned. Ur rank should be less than 400 for gen category i guess for SPA!! Check the last years cutoffs, if u have a chance in SPA, ignore NIT Thrichy. Go for another iteration. Choose SPA all campuses first, then NITs and then IIT Roorke
