I have got CS in MSR. Should I lock the choice or wait for a possible upgrade to RV, BMS or PESIT?

Just lock the choice and go for CSE in MS Ramaiah. It is one of the best colleges of Bangalore, last year it even outperformance RVCE in terms of placements.
