According to the last years' cutoffs there are high chances of acquiring the seat but you may have to wait until the last round.

Hello Krishna, I am really very sorry but with 22k you cannot get CSE in this college because its last year cutoff was around 18k so by luck if this year cutoff drops then you make get CSE branch but the chances are very low you will only get this branch at the last round of counselling only. Yes, you can easily get CSE in IIIT, Sricity or in IIIT, Chitoor. Your rank is good and I think you can get it in 6th or 7th round of JoSSA counselling or surely in CSAB rounds.
