I have got just 52.02% in 12th. Can I pursue B.Tech from a top Indian university?

Your percentage is not enough for getting admission in top college, but don't panic. In India, there are lot of universities and colleges to provide you best B.Tech course with specialization. Look for private universities. One university that is in my mind is Manipal University. You should try. All

Sorry to say but with this percentage you won't be able get into any top Indian university.
