I have got less than 60% in 12th. Can I appear for improvement exam from NIOS (for upto 4 subjects)?

Now I want to go for MBBS from AIMS/JIPMER/NEET.

    Yes, you surely can, but in most entrances they ask you to qualify required subjects in one sitting.
