I have got low marks in class 12th but good marks in BCA. Can I apply for MCA abroad?

The MCA degree is only available in India. Similar programs using different notations are available. You need to check the programs to know if you would be interested to pursue the same such as MS IT or MS CS. Can you mention your marks?
