I have got MCA lateral entry seat it I have completed. Is this valuable in IT fie ld ?

MCA with lateral entry or Normal entry, both are same. Fact is, it's a 2 year course but as you entered here with some of the Computer Course in UG. Means you have the basic knowledge of Computers.

Yes lateral entry is part of the higher studies. You will get all benefit.
