I have got only 46% in PCB and i want to dofor MBBS in Russia. Is there any college with 45% as eligibility criteria?

I have got only 46% in PCB, is there any way of doing MBBS. i want o do it in russia. is there any college with 45% as eligibility criteria or any way to get an eligibility certificate from MCI?
