I have got overall 6 bands in IELTS. Am I eligible to go Canada for studies?

Yes, you can go there as there are several colleges that give admission at 6 band with not less than 5.5 band in every module.

Unfortunately no. You can only get admission in SPP Colleges in Canada as every university need at least 6.5 band in IELTS and a minimum 6 band score in every module.
