I have got overall 6 bands in IELTS. Am I eligible to go Canada for studies?

Yes, you can go there as there are several colleges that give admission at 6 band with not less than 5.5 band in every module. -
Unfortunately no. You can only get admission in SPP Colleges in Canada as every university need at least 6.5 band in IELTS and a minimum 6 band score in every module.
