I have got SC category rank of 17583. Can I get any NIT for civil engineering?

I think, you may not get good branch if you want to take admission in any of NITs but your rank will help you to get admission in other reputed colleges of your state or if you wish to go for NIT I will suggest you to take drop. Hope this will help you. Wish you all the best for your admission.
