i have got seat in dav institute of engg and tech. jal for mca..is it clz is better?/or should i have to attend 2nd councelling..

i want to know about daviet clg jalandhar in which i got a seat...it is under ptu..and the dav university and daviet clg both are of same branch or both are different???daviet clg becomes a part of dav uni or not??still it comes under ptu..confused b/w dav uni and daviet clg jaladhar...
