i have got selected in HCL comnet as GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE, but still confuse if its a BPO or KPO or a proper engineering profile.guide
basically i want to know about the job profile and company also because they really focussed hard on the communication skills during the interviews and i am afraid that it is a BPO or KPO. Please help me so that i can choose because at no cost i want myself to be associated with a BPO or KPO.

hi akash :) i would suggest you to start working for HCL as in the end it's a good brand to work for and you are getting a chance to work so start working on it asap
