i have got39.667% in PCB and i am interested to do mbbs but due my low marks i am not able to do.can i study in abroad?or what else can i do
and also please let me know how do they calculate in cet for mbbs and engineering seat and if they calculate PCB 40%in kea board marks &40%in cet for mbbs seat then one of my friend has got 72%in kea board and cet 30%in her pcb and she is eligible for mbbs how?

With the percentage as given by you is very low, getting a good college to study outside India seems to be out of question as the minimum requirement is 50% that too for studying in China or Russia.
