    TISS also offers PG Diploma in HR & Administration through it school of vocational education, which is 1 year work integrated program. You can explore that as well.

    Yes, do a job along with preparation then you will have both experience and a degree at end of 3 years.

    Dear,
    For HRM, it will be appreciated if you have a work experience. It's an added advantage for you. But while you are working, please keep in the mind that you are concentrating on your studies too. If you balance both then you are the one who is going to be in TISS soon. So, do a job meanwhile prepare hard too for the exam.
