I have heard about partial MBA that will offer 1st year in Bangalore and another year in abroad. Which is the best university for the same?

IMT-Ghaziabad is the best option for this course. 1-year MBA in Dubai and next year in India. It is a pretty new course, one of the best in India.
You can look for that.

Alliance is one such college in Bangalore, but it sends students to foreign countries for some weeks under student exchange program. Mostly you will find colleges offering student exchange programs of few weeks/a semester.
