I have heard that BITS, Pilani offer direct admission. Will I get admission if I get 1200 out of 1200 in Kerala board with grace mark?

Is grace mark allowed there? Is there no way to separate toppers with grace and non-grace in our board I got grace mark for getting a forest in state-level. Can I do web designing?
