I have heard that EEE of LPU is not good. Most of the teachers are inexperienced. Is that true?

I strongly believe that someone has misguided you. Every faculty members of EEE are Ph.D. holder or pursuing Ph.D. They all are well qualified from top-ranked universities in the world. I did M.Tech in EE from LPU itself and it was a great experience over there. All the faculty members are really helpful for all aspects whether it is related to academics or any other. My guide during my programme helped me a lot in my research work and I published 2 International Conference Papers in IEEE-Explore. Many students have published research papers and patents in International Journal and Conferences. The faculty of LPU are trained professionals who have studied at top universities of the country and have worked with industrial giants also are equipped with academic excellence. Most of them have studied at reputed universities and institutions. They deserve to be the faculty hence they are at the dais. The academic and professional details about faculty are mentioned on the website. The teachers also ACT as mentors to the students. The students can call them and talk to them to get an answer to any academic or personal problem they feel stuck at. The faculty are engaged in higher learning and research work simultaneously.
