I strongly believe that someone has misguided you. Every faculty members of EEE are Ph.D. holder or pursuing Ph.D. They all are well qualified from top-ranked universities in the world. I did M.Tech in EE from LPU itself and it was a great experience over there. All the faculty members are really helpful for all aspects whether it is related to academics or any other.
