I have heard that one will only get call from K.J at 95%ile in CMAT but will not be able to convert it.is it true?

    No, its not true. Last year the cutoff was 92 and even they have a fair chance.

    This is not true at all. Your final selection depends on multiple factors, most of all on your entrance exam score (30% weightage) and the GDPI round (45% weightage). So, if you perform well in the GDPI round, there is nothing stopping you from converting the call. Prepare well, and crack the round!
